Because seating is very limited (especially during the Christmas Ship season) we cannot offer refunds.
However, when you book directly through our website, cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled departure will receive a full credit valid for one year. We occasionally consider early-notice refunds for small groups on a case-by-case basis. This is generally based on our ability to fill the spot(s) such as when there is a wait list on the cruise and is only considered for bookings of 1-4 passengers.
We are also unable to provide refunds or credits for third-party bookings, as they follow their own policies.
Please note: prices are almost always lower when you book direct through our website.
Our palapa top is waterproof and covers most of the boat, so we sail rain or shine! On wet days, please bring a raincoat (no umbrellas), beanie, gloves, and/or blanket if you would like. It can be colder on the water & dock area.
If the captain determines conditions are unsafe (e.g., lightning), we will notify you as soon as possible. If we must cancel, you will receive the option of a re-booking or a full refund.
Alcohol and Tobacco Policy
Please abstain from using tobacco or bringing personal alcohol onto our premises.
Food and Beverage Policy
Outside food and beverages (including water bottles) are not permitted onboard.
