Reservation / Cancellation Policy

When you book “directly” through our website, we guarantee a full refund for cancellations up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled departure. We also understand ‘life happens’! If you need to cancel within 48 hours due to an emergency, please email us as soon as possible and explain your situation. You may be eligible for a ticket transfer or partial refund depending on timing and our ability to fill your spot(s).

Our palapa top is waterproof & covers most of the boat, so we sail rain or shine! On rainy days, bring a raincoat! (No umbrellas please.) If for any reason the captain determines that a tour could be unsafe due to weather, etc. (i.e. lightning) we will make every effort to inform you at least one hour prior to your scheduled departure. If we cancel unexpectedly, you will receive a full refund.
